This hotel offers exceptional value for money, with rooms that have a nice balcony and a view to kill. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing maps of the area and recommendations for things to do. The breakfast buffet is undoubtedly the best on our entire trip, with the owner himself greeting us in the morning and even making eggs to our liking.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory, leaving us with nothing to complain about.

The hotel is incredibly close, just a few minutes away, to the charming city centre of Merano, which features various public gardens and a beautiful church. the hotel's location on the hillside provides a magnificent view of the lovely skyline of Merano, which you can enjoy from your balcony. the room and bathroom are spacious, modern and clean, with heated floor tiles and plenty of electric plug outlets. the breakfast offers a sumptuous buffet, including hand-made eggs, and the owners greet you personally.

One aspect that could be improved is the customer service, as some guests may have encountered issues with staff and their professionalism.

The view from the hotel was stunning, overlooking the city below. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with a nice variety of items to choose from. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and a lovely walking path through a public garden.

The nearby restaurants were all booked or closed without notice, making it difficult to find a place to eat in the evenings. The reception taking our passports for the duration of our stay was a bit unnerving.

We stayed at a hotel with an really good view, located near the famous Tappainer promenade. This hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy to explore the center of the old town. Cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. Staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious.
